General comments
Ceftazidim: indien mogelijk continu doseren, voorafgegaan door oplaaddosering.
Geïnfecteerde shunt zo mogelijk verwijderen, anders externaliseren.
Bij voorkeur 10 dagen behandelen voor plaatsing nieuwe shunt.
Let op! Tobramycine bij obesitas doseren op basis van aangepast lichaamsgewicht / Adjusted Body Weight.
Let op! Bij tobramycine is spiegelcontrole noodzakelijk.
