General comments

Bij langdurige tamponnade overweeg vroegbehandeling sinusitis met amoxicilline-clavulaanzuur.

Bij geïnfecteerde holte nabehandeling met amoxicilline-clavulaanzuur.

Beoordeel gerapporteerde penicilline allergie aan de hand van de anamnese.

* Let op bij gentamicine!

  • Geen gentamicine bij verminderde nierfunctie.
  • Er is een relatieve contra-indicatie voor gentamicine bij levercirrose. 
  • Gentamicine bij obesitas doseren op basis van aangepast lichaamsgewicht / Adjusted Body Weight.
