Remarks:

Alleen als uit het allergieadvies blijkt dat flucloxacilline niet gegeven kan worden (zie opmerkingen).

General comments

  • Na 1 week evaluatie van iv behandeling met arts-microbioloog en/of internist-infectioloog om eventueel te switchen naar oraal regime. 
  • Totale behandelduur 4 weken, tenzij op klinische of microbiologische gronden 6 weken geïndiceerd is, in overleg met infectioloog of arts-microbioloog,
  • Voor het uitvoeren van de flucloxacilline orale absorptietest, zie K2 protocol.
  • Beta-lactam: indien mogelijk continu doseren, voorafgegaan door oplaaddosering.
