General comments
Eenmalige profylaxe wordt geadviseerd bij transmurale therapeutische procedures (bijv. pseudocystedrainage).
Herhaalde toediening kan nodig zijn bij ascites, immuungecompromitteerde patiënten of bij onvoldoende galafvloed.
Beoordeel gerapporteerde penicilline allergie aan de hand van de anamnese.
